BUILD ESTIMATE

High-temperature ceramic coatings and detailing for wheels, calipers, and undercarriage.

Overview

Your wheels and brake calipers face the most extreme environments on your vehicle: high heat, corrosive brake dust, road salts, and dirt. We offer specialized high-temperature ceramic coatings that form a permanent barrier on wheels and calipers, making cleanup incredibly simple and preventing corrosion.

Why Wheels & Underbody

  • Prevents hot brake dust from burning into wheel finishes
  • Hydrophobic barrier sheds mud, sludge, and road grime
  • Protects against corrosive winter mag-chloride and road salt
  • Incredibly easy washing — brake dust wipes away with soap and water
  • Durable satin or gloss preservation for multi-piece and custom wheels

Best For

  • Premium custom wheels (Vossen, HRE, Forgiato)
  • High-performance vehicles with large multi-piston calipers
  • Daily driven trucks and SUVs exposed to winter salting
  • Off-road adventure rigs requiring easy cleanup
  • Brand-new wheel sets before first road mounting
Our Process

How it's done.

  1. 01

    Deep cleaning

Wheels are removed from the vehicle and fully decontaminated with specialized iron removers and tar solvents.

  2. 02

    Polishing

Wheel faces and barrels are lightly polished to maximize gloss and remove fine blemishes.

  3. 03

    Prep wipe

All surfaces are wiped down with an alcohol prep solution to ensure an unblemished molecular bond.

  4. 04

    Coating application

We coat the face, barrels, and brake calipers with high-temperature ceramic compound.

  5. 05

    Infrared curing

Wheels cure under specialized lamps before re-mounting and torquing to manufacturer spec.

WTY

Warranty

Wheel and caliper coatings carry a 2-year performance warranty against premature staining, yellowing, or bonding failure, subject to standard care guidelines.

CARE

Aftercare

Do not use harsh acid-based wheel cleaners or stiff brushes. Wash with a soft microfiber mitt and standard pH-neutral car soap. Grit guards and dedicated wheel buckets are highly recommended.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Q.Do you pull the wheels off the car?
Yes, our standard service is a full wheel-off application where we clean and coat the outer faces, inner barrels, and the brake calipers behind them.
Q.Can you coat matte or satin wheels?
Absolutely. Our specialized coatings protect matte and satin finishes without adding an artificial gloss or changing the texture.
Q.How long does the wheel coating last?
Typically 2 years or more under daily Alaskan driving. Proper hand-washing habits will maximize this duration.
